POLICE CREDIT UNION KIDS & YOUTH ART COMPETITION & EXHIBITION

How to WIN:
Draw a picture that best describes your favourite thing to do in SA or NT.
Each artwork will be judged by the Police Credit Union Art Competition Committee. They’re looking for unique images, bright colours, creativity, skill and effective use of space.
Your artwork should be:
1. Portrait/vertical format ONLY
2. Minimum A4 size
3. High resolution 300dpi (only relevant to digital submissions)

Terms and conditions
- The promoter is Police Credit Union Ltd (PCU) ABN 30 087 651 205 AFSL 238991.
- The promotion commences at 9:00am (ACDT) on Monday 2 March 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (ACST) on Thursday 30 April 2026.
- The competition is open to minors under 18 years of age who are SA or NT residents.
- Permission of a parent or a guardian is required to enter the competition, and that parent or guardian should also submit the entry on behalf of the child. 30 images will be selected and exhibited across PCU’s 7 branches during 3 August – Friday 30 October 2026. Selected SA entries will be exhibited as part of the South Australia Living Artists Festival (SALA) during Monday 3 August – Friday 30 October 2026. Additionally, 13 images will be chosen to feature in the 2027 PCU calendar. These images will also feature on the PCU website and any other relevant marketing material. NT entries can be displayed in branch, but cannot be part of the SALA exhibitions but may be chosen to win a $200 prize and feature in the 2027 PCU calendar and associated competition and calendar promotional material.
- Artwork may be submitted digitally or by post.
- Digital submission: Artwork must be submitted at high resolution (recommend 300dpi) in portrait orientation, A4 size or larger with 25 words or less via www.gleam.io by 5:00pm (ACST) Thursday 30 April 2026. Any entries received after this date will not be eligible to enter the competition. Digital submissions must keep their original artwork should they be selected for the exhibition.
- Postal and hard copy submissions: Artwork must be submitted and received by Police Credit Union at Police Credit Union Art Competition, 17-23 Carrington Street, Adelaide SA 5000 in portrait orientation, A4 size or larger with 25 words or less by 5:00pm (ACST) Thursday 30 April 2026. Any entries received after this date will not be eligible to enter the competition. PCU does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged prizes. PCU will not return any postal submissions to their original creators.
- Entrants must provide PCU with their full name and age, and their parent or caregivers current residential address, contact phone number and email address.
- PCU will only use these personal details for administration of the competition, except where consent has been provided to receive future marketing communications. PCU will publish name, age, city of entrant and what they detail in the ‘under 25 words or less submission’ on all material that is relevant.
- The total value of all 13 prizes is $2600. This consists of 13 x $200 Visa gift cards which will be posted to the winners by Friday 5 June 2026. Multiple entries are allowed, but each winner is only entitled to one (1) prize in this competition.
- The competition winners will be chosen by the PCU Competition Committee by 5:00pm (ACST) Friday 1 May 2026 at 17-23 Carrington Street, Adelaide SA 5000 and all winners will be notified by either email, phone call or letter by 5:00pm (ACST) Monday 4 May 2026. If the winner’s parent or caregiver cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, PCU reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
- By submitting an entry, entrants agree that PCU may contact them using the contact details provided for the purpose of notifying them about future competitions or similar opportunities. Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by emailing marketing_team@policecu.com.au.
