World Migratory Bird Day

World Migratory Bird Day at St Kilda

Head to St Kilda this Saturday to celebrate World Migratory Bird Day.

Participants on the day will get to paint their own brightly coloured cut-out to join the Flock Oz – a community-driven project raising awareness about sharing our beaches.

While you’re there, learn about amazing shorebirds, view them through telescopes as they feed in St Kilda Bay and pick up a free activity book and ID guides.

Like some of the real shorebirds, the Flock Oz has even travelled to Alaska and back.
