The pristine vineyards of Adelaide’s Bird In Hand Winery is set to form the backdrop for a series of inspiring health and wellbeing workshops that combine ancient Qi Gong teachings and modern practices to understand the mind, body, and spirit.
Led by renowned Qi Gong instructor Paul Dumais, the workshops will focus on the Chinese discipline of Ziran Qi Gong and offer participants a fun, nourishing and inspiring environment to improve their energy.
Ziran Qi Gong is a form of the Qi Gong practice that involves rhythmic breathing, coordinated with slow, fluid movements, that are performed in a calm and mindful state.
The Ziran Qi Gong workshops will be held at Bird In Hand Winery on Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20. Registration opens at 9am for a 9.30am start. The workshops will conclude with a wine tasting meditation around 3.30pm.
Tickets are $150 per day, or $250 for both days, and includes a 2-course lunch and glass of wine.
