Experience the magic of South Australia’s most loved event, the Royal Adelaide Show! Each year this is where the city meets the country, creating unforgettable experiences and lifelong family memories. Meet plenty of cute farmyard animals, chase that adrenaline rush on a ride, watch jaw-dropping stunts on the Main Arena, indulge in your favourite show food and go all out on showbags!
The much loved Royal Adelaide Show is the longest-running event on SA’s calendar, showcasing the very best of South Australia with exhibition pavilions, competitions, carnival attractions and nightly fireworks. KID’S MID-WEEK ENTERTAINMENT
What’s on for the little kids? It’s a kid’s paradise on the Goyder Stage with FREE kids’ mid-week entertainment. Make the most of mid-week discount tickets because they’re bringing the ultimate kids’ entertainment extravaganza to life with a fantastic line-up that will delight children of all ages.
- Bluey Live Interactive Experience | Goyder Stage | Daily from 30 August – 5 September 2025 at 11am and 1pm

- George the Farmer | Goyder Stage | Daily at 4pm
Join everyone’s favourite agri-hero, George the Farmer for a fun-filled performance packed with live book readings, toe-tabbing original farm songs, and loads of educational and entertaining insights about farming, food, and fibre.
SHOW RIDES
The Ride Guide is where you’ll find a list of all the rides at the Show – there are over 40 this year! For the extreme thrill seekers, family friendly rides and anything in between, there’s a ride for every age group.
The Crown Ferris Wheel is back again for 2025. Standing at 35 metres tall, its fully enclosed gondolas provide access for wheelchairs and those with additional needs.

New additions each year alongside your Show favourites such as Dagwood Dogs, curly chips on a stick, Rotary donuts, pretzels, cheese toasties, and more. Food guide will be released by mid August.

Showbags are always popular at The Show and there’s always something for everyone with chocolates, lollies, AFL, Bluey, Marvel Avengers, Beanie Kids, Care Bears and many other popular theme bags on offer. Some of the popular ones do sell out quickly so don’t wait too long to shop for the ones you want. The guide will be released mid August.

COMPETITIONS
Competitions are a big part of the Show and they keep going from strength to strength. Make sure you check out some of the winning entries on display (we love to see all the cake decorating) or soak up the excitement of the judging ring when you’re at the Show.

FIREWORKS
The Southern Lights Spectacular presented by Drakes Supermarkets is a nightly fireworks display – a fabulous way to end a fun filled day at the Show. Watch them from the Main Arena from 7.45pm (8.45pm Friday and Saturday nights). The 30-minute firework show will feature lights, drones and pyrotechnics, setting the sky alight every night of the Show.

The Royal Adelaide Show welcome Drakes Supermarkets as the Official Presenting Partner for 2025, bringing together two iconic South Australian organisations with a shared commitment to celebrating the state’s finest primary producers and delivering an unforgettable Show experience.
As part of this exciting three-year partnership, Drakes will also be the Official Retail Ticketing Partner, providing attendees with a convenient way to purchase tickets at any of its 46 stores across South Australia. This includes the Wayville store, conveniently located just across the road from the Showground.
2025 DISCOUNT CARNIVAL PASS
This is one for the thrill seekers! Purchase 100 ride tokens for $80 or 40 ride tokens for $35. Each token has a face value of $1 and can be redeemed at any ride and most games.
Make sure you swap your carnival pass for ride tokens at the Carnival Pass Exchange, located inside the Kidman Gate. Discount Carnival Passes are available for pre-purchase only.
