City of Holdfast Bay’s Play at the Bay program returns for the July school holidays with FREE and low cost activities and events.

The Play at the Bay School Holiday Program returns from Saturday 4 July to Sunday 19 July 2026, packed with creative workshops, live performances, animal encounters, sports, sensory play and family fun across Glenelg, Brighton and Holdfast Bay.

With activities for toddlers through to teens, there’s something for every age and interest. Many sessions are free or low-cost, but bookings are essential for all activities.

Don’t miss the interactive HEXADECA musical playground in Moseley Square, where every spin creates a magical display of music, lights and movement.
