This year, IKEA Adelaide will once again be hosting SA’s biggest Teddy Bear’s Picnic. On Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of November 2013, IKEA are opening its doors to invite all families, children and friends to come along and help celebrate this occasion and raise much needed funds for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation.
There’ll be a chance to have your photo taken with Father Christmas as he visits IKEA Adelaide, as well as taking part in a range of free in-store activities such as treasure hunts with the chance to win one of ten $50.00 IKEA gift cards, balloon twisting workshops, face painting, colouring-in and storytelling.

FREE activities include:
- Have your photo taken with Santa | 11am – 3pm
- Creative Kids Christmas Card Activity | 11am – 3pm
- Face Painting | 11am – 3pm

Super-sized Teddy Bears’ Picnic
IKEA will celebrate the launch of their Soft Toy for Education initiative with a Teddy Bears’ Picnic experience throughout the store.
- Bring your favourite teddy bear to the store to receive your FREE kids lunch pack*
- Roving IKEA elves, fairies & princesses | 11am – 3pm
- Kids’ Treasure Hunt all day
- Kids’ Colouring-in Station all day
- Story Telling | 12:15pm, 1:15pm, 2:15pm
