Carrick Hill is reopening the Gardens, Grounds and Cafe on Saturday 11th July at 10am.
After several months of closure due to COVID-19, Carrick Hill will be reopening to the public.
Carrick Hill is fortunate in being one of the few period homes in Australia to survive with its original contents almost completely intact and its grounds undiminished.
It was a centre of stylish living with parties, artists, music, good wine, fine food and dancing. While those days are now gone, Carrick Hill remains as an important example of the lifestyle of two wealthy and cultured Australians of the mid-twentieth century.
While the house is currently closed due to renovations, the gardens surrounding the house are beautiful and there is a Children’s Story Book Trail which takes you on a fun journey for about half a kilometre through the grounds and gardens of Carrick Hill Estate with plenty to explore and discover.
Opening Hours:
Wednesday to Sunday | 10am – 4:30pm.
*Please note: The House is closed due to renovations.
