Discover a Whimsical Nutcracker Christmas at Carrick Hill.
At Carrick Hill, they are busy transforming the House to celebrate this magical time of year and they are excited to present The Nutcracker and The Mouse King as their Christmas theme for 2024.
From 6 November 2024, the House Museum will be filled with Christmas cheer and things to see and do. The Great Hall and other rooms will be beautifully decorated by the dedicated volunteers and with the help of their team. Families can enjoy the Nutcracker Mouse Hunt, though it will no doubt be a fun activity for all ages. Father Christmas will also be coming to Carrick Hill.
SANTA PHOTOS
The Drawing Room will be available for a traditional visit with Father Christmas, where visitors can enjoy a relaxed and intimate atmosphere reminiscent of Christmases past. Share your Christmas wishes and create lasting memories with the jolly old man himself.
Only 48 sessions available. Visitors are encouraged to capture their own memories during this special experience, as there will be no professional photography provided.

NUTCRACKER CHRISTMAS MOUSE HUNT
Join the Nutcracker Christmas Mouse Hunt, a festive finding adventure at Carrick Hill. Made possible by The Friends of Carrick Hill, this enchanting trail invites families, and the young at heart, to explore the House Museum and discover the Christmas mice hidden in each room. As you wander through each room, solve a clue to collect a Christmas treat at the visitor desk.
