City of Charles Sturt Playground Renewals | 2021-2022
The City of Charles Sturt council will be renewing seven playgrounds throughout the area for the 2021-2022 financial year.
The Urban Design Team has created draft concept plans for each of the playgrounds and they want to hear community thoughts about the plans and what is important to residents in this community space.
The Playground Renewal Program is for the playground structure and play space only, it does not include any other infrastructure eg: shade structures, toilets, BBQ, new fencing, turf or irrigation.
The playgrounds being renewed are:
- Collins Reserve, Kidman Park
- Devonshire Reserve, Fulham Gardens
- Henley & Grange Memorial Oval, Henley Beach
- John Keeley Reserve, Flinders Park
- McMahon Reserve, Seaton
- Pedlar Reserve Outer, Seaton
- Smith Reserve, Woodville West
Playground Consultation:
You can let the council know your thoughts on the draft concept plans for each playground by completing a survey. They will also be on-site at each playground to give staff the opportunity to chat with the community about the playgrounds and options for the concept plan.
Consultation commences Monday 15 March 2021 and closes 5pm Friday 2 April 2021.
