Ed Sheeran Divide World Tour | Adelaide Concert 7 Mar 2018 | Review

Ed Sheeran Divide Tour – Adelaide Concert Wednesday 7 March 2018

If you were wondering what was causing the traffic jam in the city Wednesday evening, it’s because 65,000 Ed Sheeran fans were descending on Adelaide Oval for his Divide World Tour concert.

What a concert it was! Just Ed Sheeran, his guitar and loop station playing all our favourite songs. It was a completely solo show apart from one song “How Would You Feel’’ where he invited a pianist on stage “P.J. the Pianist” who actually happens to be the carpenter on the tour, who built the stage.

It was a beautiful sight and sound as everyone eagerly participated when Ed asked us to sing and lose our voices with him. Not only an amazingly talented songwriter and musician (who can go from a beautiful ballad to a rocking rap), he’s an all-round nice guy who shows much humility.

I took my newly 13 year old daughter to the show as a surprise Birthday present (her Birthday was the day before the concert). I can safely say she will definitely remember her first ever concert.

Here are a few snippets from the show below.

Ed Sheeran’s Australian tour moves on to Melbourne next, then Sydney and Brisbane. You can read more about his Divide World Tour on the Frontier Touring website.
