Fitness in the Parks

A series of fitness sessions will be hosted in parks across the City of Burnside. Enjoy fitness with a range of programs including Stretch and Balance, Hip Hop Dance, Qi Gong, Hula Hooping and Zumba.

All sessions are FREE, with qualified instructors, suitable for all ages* and offered in Burnside parks.

Locations & Times:

  • Tuesdays – Stretch and Balance, Hazelwood Park | 7am – 8am
  • Wednesdays – Hip Hop Dancing, Miller Reserve | 5.30pm – 6.30pm
  • Fridays – Zumba, Newland Park | 11.30am – 12.30pm
  • Saturdays – Qi Gong, Hazelwood Park | 8am – 9am
  • Sundays – Hula Hooping, Miller Reserve | 9am – 10am

No bookings required. Participants must be prepared to sign a contact tracing register and waiver upon arrival to each session.

 *Children must be supervised by a responsible adult
