Flower Day is back in the City of Adelaide
Spring into Adelaide to see beautiful flower installations and activations across the city and North Adelaide with the return of Flower Day for two days of floral fun.
From 1938 to 1975, Adelaide celebrated an annual Flower Day that allowed Adelaideans to show pride in their city by beautifying it with mass displays of flowers. Some 46 years later, Flower Day made its long-awaited return in 2021.
The City of Adelaide along with a range of community groups and organisations will once again brighten the city streets with flower installations, activations, community events and more on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 October 2022.
Designed to put a spring in your step, discover Flower Day in the city this year, buy or pick yourself a bunch of flowers, wear your best floral clothes and play a part in brightening up the city streets.
