Free Kids’ Club events at Adelaide Farmers’ Market

There’s always lots for little shoppers to enjoy at the weekly Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market! From tasting ripe strawberries fresh from the farm, sampling lavender brownies or trying a taste of green juice to listening to buskers and enjoying breakfast at the market cafes.

Every week the Market Kids’ Club offers free activities ranging from cooking to craft. During January they have some extra special shows and activities. End 2018 with a bang and pop and a whizz at two free Sciworld shows on Sunday 30 December 2018 at 9am and 10am.

The first market of 2019 offers a chance for little chefs to get busy in the kitchen with Nanna’s High Tea from 10am. The following Sunday you can meet some cute native critters with Animals Anonymous shows at 9am and 10am. Sunday 20 January sees the Amazing Magic Mike conjuring up some magic with a free magic show at 10am. Join the fun with some free entertainment at the market these holidays.

During the holidays they always increase the fun with lots of variety from magic to native animals:

  • Sunday 30 December 2018 – SciWorld FREE Science show at 9am and 10am
  • Sunday 6 January 2019 – FREE kid’s cooking with ‘Nanna’s High Tea’ 10am
