Glenelg Equinox Festival Street Party
The Glenelg Equinox Festival celebrates the end of the summer season with a full day street party on Jetty Road on Saturday 19 March 2022 along with laneway activations all weekend.
The street party will run from 11am to 11pm with live entertainment, fashion shows, family-friendly activities, food and beverage areas, buskers and Fringe-style performances along with a fireworks display. The party extends all weekend, with outdoor dining extending into Jetty Road’s laneways from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening.
Enjoy food and drink alfresco style with Fourth. on Durham Street, Beach Burrito on Milton Street and the Stamford Grand Adelaide in Moseley Square.
Fireworks:
It has also been announced that fireworks are back at the Bay! The sky over Glenelg beach will come alive to mark the end of the Glenelg Equinox Festival Street Party. The fireworks will start at 10pm after Jimmy Barnes performs at the By the C beach concert.
While you’re in Glenelg take a ride on the Mix 102.3 Giant Wheel and let the kids run around at the Glenelg Foreshore Playspace.
