Ignite Unley Outdoor Cinema (PG) is returning to the Unley Village Green to celebrate Christmas.
Enjoy Christmas themed pre-film entertainment including live music, children’s craft, Christmas story-time and a special visit by Santa himself.
Dinner and movie snacks are covered with a delicious range of food truck offerings. Then settle in at sunset to enjoy the family film A Boy Called Christmas (PG) on the big screen. Activities start 6.00pm, movie screens at sunset.
Kids can enjoy a range of pre-movie entertainment including:
- Christmas story-time with the wonderful story tellers from Unley Library at 6:45pm.
- Children’s Christmas craft. Create a letter to Santa to post in Santa’s post box on the night or make your own Christmas cards.
- Special visit by Santa Claus.
- Soft Play Ninja Course. Back by popular demand, the kids will love timing themselves on the ninja course.
More pre-movie entertainment
- Well-known local singer-songwriter, Kathie Renner will entertain the crowd on vocals and keyboard accompanied by Brett Stafford on electric guitar, with several Christmas hits thrown into the mix.
- The St Augustine’s Carol Singers will be performing some of your favourite Christmas carols.
Food & Drink
It’s not movie night without popcorn, fairy floss, hot donuts, and snow cones served by Curler Moes. Moi An Viet Street Food Truck will be serving your Vietnamese favourites with a modern spin on traditional cuisine. Enjoy authentic, traditional Turkish Gozleme by Enfes Delights. The Gang Gang Food Truck will be serving up South Australia’s favourite burgers
