Civic Park Carols

This year brings more wonderful carols, a bigger family fun zone, more entertainment, fantastic food and more.

Celebrate the 7th annual Civic Park Carols, a FREE community event where all are welcome. This year will be starring Justine Clarke along with many talented SA guest performers. The event includes a family fun zone, pre-show entertainment featuring local acts, carols and will be ending with a spectacular fireworks show.

Around 40,000 people attended last year’s event.

Program:

  • Family fun zone: 4pm – 7:30pm
  • Pre-show entertainment: 5pm to 7pm
  • Carols: 7:30pm
  • Fireworks: approx 9:45pm

Performers:

Performers for 2018 include Justine Clarke, Oscar Bridges, Stephanie Cole, The Elliot Sisters, Lauren Greco, Michael Griffiths, Josh Rowe and Brian Ruiz.

Family Fun Zone:

The FREE family fun zone is back by popular demand. It will be available from 4pm until 7:30pm for families to enjoy before Carols start.

Activities include:

  • Jumping castles and inflatables for ages 3 and up – even adults can have a go.
  • Rides
  • Face painting
  • Bungee trampolines
  • Food and drinks available to buy throughout the event.

Getting There & Road Closures:

Car parking: Convenient locations include Westfield Tea Tree Plaza and Council’s Civic Centre and Library.

Bus transport: Civic Park is a 5-minute walk from the Modbury Interchange.

Road closure: A section of North East Road between Reservoir and Montague Roads will be closed from 5pm – 11pm for Civic Park Carols on 16 December 2018.
