  • This weekend will be jam-packed with performances and free activities and workshops for children, and will include an attempt at the Guinness World Record for the largest finger painting!  With so many shows, workshops and free activities you’re sure to find something for the whole family! Carnival of the Animals

Chalk About

  • Chalk About is a playful, funny and sometimes moving look at how we see ourselves and others, featuring dance, chat and one perfect scene containing everything you could wish for (including pizza!).

Masquerade

  • 20-31 May 2015
  • Her Majesty’s Theatre | Grote Street, Adelaide
  • Ages 9+
  • A wondrous world of riddles and hidden treasures. Masquerade is a new Australian play by award-winning playwright Kate Mulvany, based on the iconic children’s book by Kit Williams which sold over two million copies worldwide in the late 1970s and sparked a national British treasure hunt with its concealed clues to the location of a jewelled golden hare.

Tickets are available through the Adelaide Festival Centre website and through BASS – click here for details.

Come Out Children’s Festival is proudly presented and managed by Adelaide Festival Centre.

Adelaide Metro will be providing FREE TRANSPORT by train or tram between 9am and 3pm any day of the festival. Simply show your ticket or ticket confirmation (valid for that day) to the conductor. {Please note buses are not included in the offer.}
