Celebrate NAIDOC Week with community and the City of Adelaide in Rundle Mall.
Head over to the Gawler Place canopy from 10am for an official Kaurna Welcome to Country Ceremony and Smoking Ceremony on Tuesday 9 July 2024. The ceremonies will be followed by the unveiling of this year’s artwork by Aboriginal artists Mali Isabel and Drew Kilner. More entertainment and activities will then follow from 10:30am until 1pm.

- Meet Australian animals with Animals Anonymous.
- Enjoy free face painting.
- Learn with Life Without Barriers.
- Experience and enjoy native food with Australian Wattlebush Catering.
- Puzzle the Aboriginal language snake and read the Cultural Collection with the City Library.
This year’s NAIDOC Week event is celebrating the 2024 theme ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud!’.
