National Science Week 2022
There will be in-person and online events, virtual tours, DIY science and more, all across Australia, from 13 – 21 August 2022 for National Science Week.
National Science Week is Australia’s annual celebration of science and technology. Running each year in August, it features more than 1000 events around Australia, including those delivered by universities, schools, research institutions, libraries, museums and science centres.
This year, there is a mix of online and local events in South Australia – there are over 100 local events and almost 60 online events. Bookings are required for some workshops so take a look through the program and plan the events you would like to attend. There are plenty of family friendly events for children and teens and you can use the filter search function to find suitable events.
