On The Flip Side Workshop Daze – FREE January School Holiday Workshops
Join On The Flip Side and crew at the City Skate Park in Adelaide for a fun few days of experiencing new activities or improving skills you already have. Workshops are free and for all ages.
Skate & Meditate: Be guided through a peaceful meditation before jumping on the skate ramp to learn or improve your skating.
Hip-Hop Dance: Intro into toprocks, go-downs, footwork, freeze and learn to combine them into a routine.
Art Class: Learn the basics on how to create your own masterpiece using paints and aerosol on canvas.
DJ Class: Learn the basics you need to get on the DJ decks and start spinning tracks.
On The Flip Side strongly believes that everyone should have access to programs that can help improve mental health, whether you find it in an uplifting guided meditation or through physical activity, they hope they can do their part for the community.
SESSION TIMES:
Wednesday 17 January 2024 – Skate & Meditate | 12pm-2pm & 2pm-4pm
Thursday 18 January 2024 – Hip Hop Dance | 11am-12pm & 12.30pm-1.30pm & 2pm-3pm
Friday 19 January 2024 | Graffiti Art| 11am-1pm & 1.30pm-3.30pm
Saturday 20 January 2024 – DJ | 11am-1pm & 1.30pm-3.30pm
This event is a safe and inclusive space for all, and all ages and levels of experience are welcome.
