The National Motor Museum will be hosting the 2019 Rock & Roll Rendezvous on Sunday 14 April.
Rock & Roll Rendezvous is a full day event of music, dance, fashion and chrome-plated classics held at the much-loved National Motor Museum in Birdwood, South Australia.
With hundreds of classic and muscle cars and bikes on display, plus fashion parades on stage, dance demonstrations and live music, the event is a true celebration of the Rock n’ Roll era.
Throughout the day there will be children’s entertainment and activities hosted by Carnival Amusements Of SA and Rev It Up Racing. The National Motor Museum of Australia will also be open.
This year’s feature act is Rebecca O’Connor performing Tina. Rebecca is the only Tina performer endorsed by Tina Turner who has said “Rebecca is so good it’s scary”.Also on stage will be South Australian bands The Shakers, The Rhythm Cats, Rock n Roll Radio Hits and Elvis (Andy Seymour) and Lennon (Gary Burrows) – the rock & roll sessions.
Since 2007 the Rock & Roll Rendezvous has proudly supported Down Syndrome South Australia.
Entry cost: Free entry for children under 15 | Adults $25 | Concession $20
