The much-loved Semaphore Music Festival is back and celebrating a huge milestone this year—its 20th Anniversary with a stellar lineup to mark the occasion.
As one of Adelaide’s premier Alt-Country, Roots, and Blues festivals, this event promises to be bigger and better than ever, returning to the Semaphore Foreshore Reserve, (the first time in 6 years) where it all began.
The festival makes for a great family day for the October long weekend with food trucks and a picnic-style atmosphere to enjoy while listening to the live music. This year’s event will feature everything that has made this festival beloved for two decades—fantastic live music, carnival rides, boutique food and drink options, and a laid-back community vibe.
The Audreys, who performed at the very first Semaphore Music Festival in 2005, are back to headline on Monday, 7 October. Their return feels like a full-circle moment, bringing both nostalgia and excitement to this milestone event.
The legendary Bunna Lawrie & Coloured Stone, recently inducted into the SA Music Hall of Fame, will take the stage on Sunday, 6 October, alongside the incredible Lachy Doley Group.
The festival will also take over iconic Semaphore venues like The Semaphore Workers Club, Mr V Music, The Cumberland, The Exeter, and Sweet Amber Brews, showcasing live music across the long weekend.
