Socceroos to play at Adelaide Oval in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ – Round Three AFC Asian Qualifiers™
The Australian Socceroos are set to return to South Australia for the first time in seven years to play for a spot in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Australia will play China at Adelaide Oval on Thursday 10 October 2024.
The fourth game of five in Group C, a win for the Socceroos AFC third round clash against China will secure automatic qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The other teams in Australia’s group include Japan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Indonesia, with the top two of the six teams securing automatic qualification for the 2026 tournament.
Success in the group would mean the Socceroos qualify for a sixth consecutive World Cup, with the 2026 event to be played across Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Tickets
Prices will range from $15 for children, $20 for concession card holders, $29 for adults and $58 for a family pass.
Tickets will go on sale to Football Australia Football Account holders at 10am on Friday 19 July 2024.
