The Logical Indian – Online Recipes for Lockdown

Lockdown may be shorter than expected, but South Australians can experience the flavours of Southern India when The Logical Indian shares a new recipe each day at 6pm during the (originally planned) lockdown period.

Owner of The Logical Indian – Mervin Joshua – believes that cooking is an art of relaxation and fun and is sharing these recipes so people can enjoy a restaurant quality meal with their loved ones in the safety of their home. The team has curated 6 easy to make recipes to help people stuck at home, who would like to experiment with cooking. These dishes can be made with limited ingredients that you can find in your pantry.

Some of the recipes include Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken on the Barbeque, Lamb Korma and Chickpea Masala.

The recipes will be shared each day via The Logical Indian’s Facebook and Instagram pages.  The Logical Indian is located on Level 1 in Rundle Mall Plaza and will reopen for business on Monday 23 November 2020.
