Wear your Welly Boots Day is an exciting and interactive way to raise awareness of kids in need in Australia and helps to raise much-needed funds to provide holiday experiences for children that otherwise might not have the opportunity.
For a Gold Coin donation per child, students get to wear their Welly Boots to school, Child Care or their Kindy Program. Children always enjoy coming to class wearing their Welly Boots (and love a day of jumping in puddles) and are often even more excited when they see the Teachers or Primary carers wearing Welly Boots too!
Puddle Jumpers is a non-profit, non-government organisation committed to responding to the social development needs of society’s most vulnerable children and young people. The priority of Puddle-Jumpers work is reserved for children who do not live with their birth parents.
