Event Cinemas around the country are gearing up for a jam-packed school holiday program filled with the very best family blockbusters and FREE film-themed arts and crafts activities, perfect for the whole family.

Pint-sized movie-lovers will be spoiled for choice with a stellar line up of fun films these coming school holidays. Take aim with the highly anticipated sequel Angry Birds 2; set off on an adventure with the live-action Dora the Explorer film, Dora and the Lost City of Gold; discover magical creatures in Abominable; or celebrate the strange and weird with UglyDolls.

FREE Activities:

To complement these screenings, Event Cinemas have a program of free art activities that’ll have kids using their minds, hands and flexing their creativity to make take-home artworks as a memory of their day out at the movies. From making bookmarks, hats, masks and more, the arts and crafts activities are themed to the family films showing during the school break.

Family Saver:

Families can save these school holidays with special Family Saver sessions of Angry Birds 2, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Abominable and UglyDolls. Family Saver sessions offer big savings before 5pm daily.
