Chilli Crab Shack Pop-Up | Adelaide Central Market | Review

South Australia’s favourite Chilli Crab Shack pop-up event at the Adelaide Central Market is as messy as it is delicious!

Callum Hann and the team from Sprout are behind the sold out Chilli Crab Shack event as part of the Adelaide Central Market’s annual Seafood + Sounds weekend.

If you don’t book ahead of time you are likely to miss out, so get in early to experience fresh Spencer Gulf Blue Swimmer crabs cooked in a tasty Asian-style chilli tamarind sauce with egg noodles and Thai herbs.

This year’s Chilli Crab Shack was located at the South-Eastern entrance of the Adelaide Central Market, with seating inside and out set amongst the hustle and bustle of market shoppers.  There is live music and special offers from market traders over the two days.

This popular event sells out every year, so food lovers and Chilli Crab goers are encouraged to get in quick as soon as the tickets go on sale.
