Adelaide’s Famous Poffertjes Parlour will be popping up again at the Adelaide Central Market this Spring.
Returning to the Producer in Residence Stall for 5 weeks, including over the Spring school holidays, Adelaide’s Famous Poffertjes Parlour will be bringing back their signature delicate, crepe-like morsels that melt in your mouth topped with a choice of toppings including cinnamon sugar, butter, rum butter, cream, sour cream or lemon.
Making Adelaide’s best loved Poffertjes since 1971, the pop up stall will be open on Market days from 17 September until 19 October 2024.
The Producer in Residence program is all about celebrating and showcasing local artisan producers. You can find the Producer in Residence stall at the North West Market entrance from Grote Street.
The Adelaide Central Market is open Tuesday to Saturday, including late nights until 9pm on Fridays.
Trading Hours:
- Tuesday 7am – 5:30pm
- Wednesday* 9am – 5:30pm*
- Thursday 9am – 5:30pm
- Friday 7am – 9pm
- Saturday 7am – 3pm
- Closed Sunday and Monday | *Optional trading, selected stalls
