Art Against Extinction Exhibition | Monarto Safari Park | 1-31 Aug 2024

Monarto Safari Park will be showcasing some incredible wildlife art and photography as part of the 2024 South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival.

See artworks from wildlife conservation artist Deb Farrimond, amateur wildlife photographer Steve Farrimond and scratchboard artist Patrick Hedges.

Monarto Safari Pari is a conservation charity and saving species from extinction is at the heart of what they do. They manage world-renowned breeding and conservation programs at Monarto Safari Park, Adelaide Zoo and in the wild. Art for extinction allows visitors to reflect on the importance of conservation and the incredible creatures that need our help.

Artworks will be available for sale, with proceeds donated to Zoos SA’s conservation programs.

Free entry – Open 9:30am to 5pm daily.

Monarto Safari Park’s Visitor Centre is a state of the art building which features a viewing platform, large cafe with indoor and outdoor dining, an outdoor nature play space and a retail shop, all of which can be accessed without having to purchase a ticket to the park. The exhibition is on the  top floor in the Sanaa Exhibition Room.
