Happy Halloween Family Fun Day at Mawson Lakes
The Happy Halloween Fun Run around the lake at Mawson Lakes is returning this year on 30 October 2022.
The event is raising money for Rotary projects aimed at combatting domestic and family violence in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. This year there will be children’s activities, live music and a community market.
The fun run allows young and old to dress up, run, jog, walk or dawdle around a 5km track (or less if you like) with your family and friends, pushing an infant in a pram or leading your well-behaved dogs on leads. This year there will be children’s activities, some live music and a community market.
Participants in the fun run pay a registration fee with all proceeds going to the project. Adults’ early registration is $20 ($25 in the last week), children from 6-17 $5 and pre-schoolers free.
This event is made possible by a City of Salisbury Community Event Grant and generous sponsorship from the Real Estate Agents Group Mawson Lakes, Seeds Montessori, Michael Brown Member for Florey and John Fulbrook Member for Playford.
The cafe precinct on Mawson Lakes Boulevard will close for the day with the market running from 10am to 3pm, the fun run commencing at 10:30am and entertainment activities between 10 am and 3pm.
