July School Holiday Fun at Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market
There’s tons of fun to be had at Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market this July school holidays with a full diary of kids’ cooking, craft or entertainment at 9.30am every Sunday of the holidays.
For a relaxed morning out for all the family, you can’t beat Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market. There’s something for everyone, from Masterchef fans who want to meet Poh at her JamFace stall to lots of open grass space to run around on for little ones.
From sweet treats like pancakes and waffles to local fruit fresh from the farm and beautiful flowers, freshly baked croissants and deliciously different new food to explore like purple cauliflower, amazing ‘fractal’ Romanesco broccoli and black squid ink pasta.
Kindy kids and primary school aged children are most likely to enjoy these activities. There are also free cooking demonstrations every Sunday at 11am.
Everyone is welcome but as a non-profit organisation they ask that those who can afford it give a gold coin donation to cover costs.
Parking is free for the first half-hour then $5 for up to two hours after that.
