Come along to the Milang Foreshore Playground for a fun-filled morning of family activities!
The Alexandrina Council’s OPAL team in conjunction with STARCLUB, Fleurieu Families, Milang Old School House Community Centre and Council’s library team have organised a FREE Milang community school holiday event on Tuesday 14th April.
This event aims to get families and children outdoors and enjoying our public spaces. The foreshore at Milang is a beautiful waterfront location with a large grass area, children’s play area, community barbecues and great views. Why not make a day of it and enjoy a family excursion to this beautiful park?
Activities on the day will include:
- cooking a healthy stirfry
- gigantic sandpit
- pot a plant
- paper planes and hat making
- Kondoli the whale and story telling
- children’s mobile play centre
- box maze
This event helps to achieve Council’s goal of ‘Activate Our Spaces’ and ‘Participate in Wellbeing’ by encouraging appealing and dynamic use of community spaces and encouraging community participation. Enrty to this event is free.
