The Mount Pleasant Show is only one hour drive from Adelaide CBD in the tranquil Adelaide Hills.
Enjoy a traditional Country Show covering all the local products and produce.
Attractions include:
- Horses in Action (all day) – Hacks, Galloways and Clydesdale
- Anderson & Fawcett Shears (all day) – Shearing Competition: Novice, Intermediate, Open, Veterans, Speed Shear
- Log Chopping
- Exhibit Hall opens after judging
- Indoor exhibit trophy presentations
Some of the food available at stalls includes Gourmet Sausages courtesy of Mt Pleasant RSL & Men’s Shed, Devonshire Teas and Pavilion Lunches thanks to Birdwood Lutheran Church, Hamburgers and Chips courtesy of Birdwood CFS, as well as Meat & Gravy Rolls thanks to Cambrai/Sedan Football & Netball Clubs. There will also be Cool Drinks thanks to the Open Arms Community Child Care Centre and a bar courtesy of Torrens Valley Football Club.
Admission: Adult $10 | Pensioners $5 | Children aged 11+ & Students $5 | Family Pass (2 Adults & 2 children) $20 | Children 10 and under FREE
Gates open 7 am with main attractions from 10am till 6pm.
