Outdoor Playgroup Adelaide and Splash Adelaide will present a Nature Play Day for in the city on Thursday July 9 during the school holidays.
The hosts plan to create a magical world full of adventure, where kids can be kids and be wild!
Kids will play in and reconnect with nature, creating positive memories of the outdoors.
A perfect way to spend the school holidays, this FREE day will feature:
- Mud Play
- Water Play
- Dino fossil search
- Bug hunt
- Box city
- Clay play
- Weaving
- Nature Craft
Kids can also enjoy things like rolling down hills, staring at the clouds, playing hide and seek, jumping in piles of leaves, shadow chasing and much more. There will also be quiet, clean dry zones, private space for mums to breastfeed and baby changing facilities.
Caffeine will be provided with food trucks on site offering tasty toddler friendly treats and coffee, coffee and more coffee.
Forget your wellies? Don’t own any waterproof clothing? There will be stalls set up selling everything your child needs to head into the great outdoors.
While this event is aimed at preschool aged children, older children are more than welcome to attend.
