Grab your picnic blankets and beanies, Nature Play Forest Festival is returning to Kuitpo Wirra Inparri in April 2025.
Forest Festival is a thoughtfully curated celebration of children, nature, Aboriginal culture, the changing seasons and community. It’s an opportunity to slow down. Adjust your rhythm. Wander with friends. Breathe the crisp forest air. And follow your child’s lead as their curiosity takes them on a meandering path of wonder, joy and creativity.
The ElectraNet stage, set within the forest, will be the central entertainment hub featuring Kaurna/Narungga Elder, Kauwanu Tamaru and acoustic sets throughout the day. Crowd favourites, the Amazing Drumming Monkeys will also be making an appearance!
Kids of all ages can enjoy nature-based activities throughout the day, such as:
- Aboriginal message stone painting
- Evelyn Roth’s Nylon Zoo
- wand making
- potion and loose parts play
- nature crown and mask-making
- cubby building
- kids yoga
- rock climbing
- guided nature walks
Pack a picnic or grab a coffee and a bite to eat from the food trucks on site.

Please note places are strictly limited for each day of this event and tickets are essential. Tickets must be booked prior to the event (no purchases will be available at the Festival).

- Adult $18.50
- Under 12 months are free but require a ticket
Please ensure you book for ALL children AND adults attending. Tickets are valid for one day and are not transferrable (only valid for the day you have booked for).
