New Year’s Eve at Semaphore | 31 Dec 2023

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a party and fireworks in Semaphore.

Join the City of Port Adelaide Enfield for the ultimate party and spectacular fireworks display to end the year on Semaphore Foreshore.  The festivities kick off at 6pm and continue until the stroke of midnight.

This free and family-friendly community event promises thrills for everyone with a night filled with live performances by main stage bands, DJs, and roving entertainment.

There will be two amazing fireworks displays and light shows that will illuminate the night sky – the first at 9:30pm and then again at midnight.  These dazzling shows will be perfectly synchronised to a soundtrack that will transform the foreshore and jetty into a radiant wonderland.

Enjoy a wide array of treats from food trucks along the foreshore or take along your own picnic.

Let the City of PAE know if you’re planning to attend and get more info on the 2023 event page – New Year’s Eve Fireworks on Semaphore Foreshore

Road Closures & Parking

Parking on the day will be limited, and road closures will be in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event safely.

Dry Zone

To keep everyone safe and to support local business, there will be a dry zone in place for 24 hours from midday on 31 December 2023, meaning that people may only consume alcohol within existing licensed premises in the area. The dry zone will extend down Semaphore Road, from Causeway Road through to the Esplanade and onto the foreshore where the event is taking place.
