Pram Friendly Walks around Adelaide

We are spoilt for choice in Adelaide with many pram-friendly paths and trails in our beautiful parks, riversides and nature reserves.  

A simple way to get out of the house without spending money, walks with a pram or stroller are fun to do with friends or parenting groups and a great way for grandparents and carers to get outside for some exercise and walk at their own pace.

Trees, birds, water, and people create an engaging environment for curious little ones, or if it’s nap time the steady motion of the pram can soothe babies to sleep.

Pram-friendly trails feature smooth, wide paths that are also suitable for wheelchairs, scooters, or older siblings on bikes.   If you choose an area near a playground or park there will often be facilities nearby like toilets, cafés, and picnic spots.
