Tea With a Princess at Glen Ewin Estate
After four years, it’s time to open up the gates and welcome back the Tea With a Princess event to be held at Glen Ewin Estate.
Cue the Royal trumpet fanfare. Once Upon A Princess are cordially inviting all the Princes and Princesses in the land to be their guest for Tea With A Princess at heritage listed Glen Ewin Estate, for a High Tea with all the Fairytale Princesses. Built in the early 1800’s the grand estate is as old as time – just like a real fairytale. Fairytales and history come together for a magical day at one of Adelaide’s hidden treasures full of old world grace and charm, along with elegance and grandeur.

With the autumn landscape in full bloom, the winding road leading to the land far far away will have children believe they’re entering a world of make believe. Spot koalas nestling in decade old trees, horses grazing in paddocks, and ducks swimming in ponds.
High tea and refreshments by Classic Katering fit for a queen will be served to young royal highnesses and their court overlooking a lake and glorious gardens.
What to Expect at Tea With a Princess:
Just like a magical fairytale the Royal Princesses bring the storybook characters to life. The day will include singing, dancing and a meet and greet photo opportunity with favourites such as Cinderella, Rapunzel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, the Snow Sisters, Arabian Princess, Island Princess, the Little Mermaid and Dancing Beauty and the Fairy Godmother.
The Royal Unicorn ponies will also make an appearance, and Cinderella’s exquisite glass slipper and Belle’s enchanted rose will be on display. Children will also have the opportunity to take photos in Cinderella’s white carriage, adorned with flower garlands. There’s plenty of photo opportunities to capture magical moments with the Princesses, and around the estate grounds and gardens. Children are encouraged to wear their Princess best to this event.
Each child will receive a gift, and a gold plated spoon from the Royal collection to use during the High Tea as a keepsake to remember their visit.
The menu includes:
- Mixed sandwiches (some vegetarian)
- Salmon and dill pastry pots (GF)
- Sausage rolls
- Individual quiches
- Scones, jam and cream
- Cocktail continental cakes (GF on request)
- Mixed macrons (GF)
- Mixed slices (GF on request)
- Cupcakes for children
- Leaf tea, plunger coffee, hot chocolate (children)
- Water and pink lemonade
Served on shared high tea stands.

Tickets:
- Prices per person start at $79.50 each
- Children under one are free if they sit on the lap of a paying adult.
Please note that strollers and prams are not permitted in the venue.
The event will run for approximately two hours. Tea With A Princess sells out quickly, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
