Pelican Productions presents ‘The Greatest Show’
In its fifteenth year running, Pelican Productions are holding their annual ‘Music Theatre Camp’ performances this January.
This year’s performance includes scenes from one of the newest shows on Broadway ‘Mean Girls’, the hugely popular ‘Greatest Showman’, and old favourites ‘Cats’, ‘Fame’ ,’Pippin’, ‘Madagascar’, ‘Catch me if you Can’ and ‘Mamma Mia’.
Pelican Productions’ directors Jen Frith and Kylie Green have been championing youth theatre in South Australia for nearly twenty years, recently being recognised for the second year in a row at the South Australian Winnovation awards for innovation in the Arts.
Pelican’s fostering of up and coming talent in Adelaide has seen enormous success with many Pelican performers performing professionally all over Australia in shows such as the current tour of Jersey Boys, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Dusty and The Sound of Music to name but a few.
‘The Greatest Show’ is playing 12 to 20 January 20019 at Michael Murray Centre – Westminster School, Alison Avenue, Marion.
