Royal Adelaide Show 2021 – CANCELLED
Update on Thursday 12 August 2021 from the organisers of the Royal Adelaide Show:
As a result of advice received from SA Health late Wednesday afternoon, the Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Society of SA Inc. regrets to advise that the 2021 Royal Adelaide Show is cancelled.
=SA Health advised that a daily cap on attendance to the Royal Show would be less than 10,000 people. This figure is not feasible therefore the 2021 Royal Show cannot proceed.
The Royal Adelaide Show will be issuing full refunds to all ticket holders, with more information to be sent directly. Thanks for your support!
It has been announced that the Royal Adelaide Show will go ahead this year, giving South Australians another event to look forward to after a turbulent 2020. The Show will be held from 4-12 September 2021.

The 2021 Royal Adelaide Show will open on Saturday 4 September and close nine days later on Sunday 12 September. Each year they showcase the very best of South Australia – experience the animals, rides, food, entertainment and much more at our state’s longest-running and best-loved event!
Families can once again look forward to old favourites like the exhibition pavilions, competitions, great food, carnival attractions, showbags and nightly fireworks.
Tickets for this year’s Show are now on sale at theshow.com.au. In line with their COVID Management Plan, tickets to the 2021 Royal Adelaide Show must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be available for sale at the gate.
For 2021 you will need to nominate the day you wish to attend the Show to allow them to manage their daily capacity limits. The Show will be offering discounted prices for attending during the week (Monday to Friday).
When purchasing your ticket select your day carefully as tickets are not transferrable to other Show days.
To assist in managing daily capacities please note that pass-outs will not be provided at the gates in 2021. Once you exit the Show you will not be able to re-enter without a ticket.
A full refund will apply for all tickets purchased if the 2021 Royal Adelaide Show is cancelled. If you are unable to attend because you are feeling unwell or are displaying any flu-like symptoms on the day of your proposed visit you may apply for a refund of your ticket purchase. If you have confirmed you do not have COVID you may request to transfer your ticket to another day.

A Family Ticket provides entry for 2 x Adult and 2 x Children or 1 x Adult and 3 x Children. Adults and children should enter at the same time in order to use this Family Ticket. Children must be aged 5 years of age to under 15 years.
