Magical Christmas Windows in Rundle Mall.
Rundle Mall is set to sparkle again this Christmas with the installation of its delightful window displays, bringing Christmas cheer to families and those shopping, socialising and sightseeing in the Mall until the New Year.
Explore the joy of the iconic Rundle Mall Christmas Windows as they form a festive path of wonderment down the length of Rundle Mall, featuring both classic and modern takes on what Christmas means to South Australians.
Flanked by a forest of Christmas trees and fairy lights, each window tells an enchanting Christmas story, including the Aussie Christmas window showing a traditional local take on Christmas spent in the backyard summer sun with festive native friends. Another new addition to the trail showcases a Christmas cracker bursting open with a vibrant explosion of confetti and cheer, paying tribute to gathering with family at the most special time of year.
In 2022, the popular National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant window returns to mark 90 years of the Pageant and its hero, Nimble, along with a new twist on the popular florals window, this year showcasing an installation created with Aboriginal artists and native blooms.
Merry the Mall Mouse is a cheeky new character set to steal the show, taking visitors young and old on a whimsical journey bringing to life the eight individually-themed windows.
From perching atop a reindeer, to helping put up tinsel and decorations, Merry appears in each window and provides fun, festive activities for children and families as they browse the window display along the 520m length of Rundle Mall.
Families can follow and find Merry the Mall Mouse in each window to complete a puzzle and enter a weekly draw to win a $50 Toyworld voucher.

APY Art Centre Collective Window Artists
One of the most vibrant stops on the Rundle Mall Christmas window trail features bespoke artwork by a range of talented artists from the APY Art Centre Collective, a group of 11 Indigenous-owned and governed art centres producing innovative pieces celebrating culture and providing independent income to artists.
Creating employment opportunities based on culturally-affirming work and allowing for traditional art and practices to be created, taught and shared, the APY Art Centre Collective hubs are a treasured and vital piece of the community.
Explore pieces by a selection of APY artists in the APY Art Centre Collective Christmas window (and see if you can spot Merry the Mall Mouse!), and learn more about the stories behind the artists.
