Get ready for some spooky fun at the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market as they kick off Halloween early this year!
Join the fun on Sunday 27 October 2024 from 8:30am for a morning filled with family-friendly Halloween activities. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, shop local, and let the kids complete the Trick-or-Treat Trail for a chance to win big!
Kids will need to stop by the info stand to collect a Trick or Treat bag, which will contain 10 tokens that can be exchanged for treats at 10 participating stalls. They will have a limited number of bags available, with 300 reserved exclusively for market members until 9:30am (conditions apply). Be sure to get to the Market early, as they usually all disappear by 10am!
COMPETITION
To enter the draw for a chance to win one of two Market Hampers (one for members only), kids can complete a form identifying stall signs while following the Halloween Trail. The prizes will be drawn at 12pm.
KIDS ACTIVITIES
From 10am to 11am there will be a Scary Cup Cake Decorating activity in the Market Pavilion, and live entertainment to keep the fun going.
Ange the Face Painter will also be on hand to add that final spooky touch to your costume (small fee applies).
The Halloween Trick-or-Treat Trail will run from 8:30 – 11:30 (while stocks last).

The Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market is free to enter, so walk, ride, drive or catch public transport and enjoy their authentic farmers’ market atmosphere. Enter and park via Rose Terrace, Wayville. Pedestrians and bikes can also enter via Leader Street.
