Best Places to visit in the Adelaide Hills
If you like rolling hills, bushland, quiet country roads, bushwalks, good food and wine, fresh air, cooler temps and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, then head to the Adelaide Hills for a day trip. It’s only a 20 minute drive from the City of Adelaide and there are so many different districts within the hills offering changing scenery, wine, food and fun activities.
Many Adelaide Hills businesses were impacted by the Cudlee Creek fires, so make a day of it, eat, drink and stock up on the amazing local produce available. It’s a great way to show support for this community.
Please be aware that for many residents and business owners, the fires were quite traumatic, so please focus your attention on directly supporting businesses and appreciating the beauty of the hills rather than looking to see first-hand the visual impact of the fires upon the landscape and buildings.
